I repeat –
India should have 100 states and 10000 Districts !
As of now , it is humanly impossible for a DM / SSP type of official to remain effectively accessible for the people if we consider the present size the Districts !
State-Governments should have just a few officials for the coordination purpose only ! More availability of IAS / IPS officers at the Field-Level will definitely improve the quality of Governance !
Officer-Oriented System will be much less corrupt too and the ICT tools can be used by the stakeholders fo ensure a totally responsive Citizen-Administrationi Interaction !
